Chloe Quail is an attorney experienced in employment, civil rights and landlord-tenant disputes, among other legal matters. Ms. Quail earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Boston University when she graduated with honors in 2004. Throughout her time at BU, Chloe participated in numerous community service projects, which cemented her commitment to community-based advocacy.
After spending six months living and working in Madrid, Spain, Chloe moved to San Francisco to attend Golden Gate University School of Law, where she was accepted into the Honors Lawyering Program. As part of the Program's landlord-tenant clinic, Ms. Quail spent a summer working in conjunction with the The AIDS Legal Referral Panel where she was connected with a low-income HIV-positive client with a variety of housing issues. Because of her success in resolving her client’s legal issues, she was presented with a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work.
In addition to working for a small Entertainment Law firm and working as a Teaching Assistant at Golden Gate, Chloe continued working with The AIDS Legal Referral Panel for the remainder of law school. As a dedicated advocate, she formed positive, lasting relationships with many of her clients. Her experience at ALRP reaffirmed her desire to work to protect individual rights. Shortly after receiving her J.D. in 2008, Chloe came to the Kletter Law Firm, where she now focuses her practice on employment class action litigation and landlord-tenant disputes.
Chloe has been recognized academically and received commendation for her written and oral advocacy skills. She has traveled extensively in Central America, lived in Asia and Europe and is conversant in Spanish.
